2. Website visits and hosting
Vercel Inc., USA, hosts this website. Its hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data, including your IP address, request time and URL, and browser, device and error information. This supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Details about Vercel's processing and retention are available in its privacy notice. The Vercel data processing terms describe customer-data processing and the use of additional service providers.
3. Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business and enquiry. We use this information to respond, arrange an initial conversation and, where relevant, prepare for working together.
The enquiry area on this website only prepares an email draft in your browser. The website does not send the entries to a form server or save them in its own database. We receive your message only after you send it from your email application. You can alternatively copy the displayed draft yourself. Your browser and email application may use their own storage features.
We use Gmail for our mailbox, so Google also processes messages. Google identifies Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, as the relevant provider for users in Switzerland and also uses infrastructure in the USA and other countries. See the Google privacy policy for details. Telephone providers process the data needed to connect calls.
Please include only necessary information in an initial enquiry. Agree a suitable transfer method with us before sending confidential business documents or sensitive personal data.
4. Cookies, local functions and external links
We do not embed analytics or advertising trackers on this website. The website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies or store enquiry content in Local Storage. Fonts are delivered locally with the website. No third-party social feeds, maps or videos are embedded.
Links to LinkedIn, external documents or other websites open the respective provider only when you select the link. That provider's privacy information then applies. Email and telephone links open the corresponding application on your device.
5. Recipients and processing abroad
Recipients include our hosting and communication providers and their technical service providers. Hosting and email data are also processed outside Switzerland, particularly in the USA and Ireland. These providers use international infrastructure; further processing locations and safeguards are described in their information linked above.
Vercel refers to data protection agreements and recognised transfer mechanisms, including the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for international transfers. The applicable mechanism depends on the recipient and processing involved. You can contact us about the safeguards used for your data.
6. Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and document any resulting work together. We then delete them unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate needs to establish, exercise or defend claims require continued retention. The hosting provider retains technical operational data for its documented operational and security purposes.
7. Applicable law and your rights
We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing is carried out to respond to pre-contractual enquiries, comply with legal obligations or pursue our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and handling business enquiries.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion. Further rights, including restriction, objection and data delivery or portability, depend on the applicable legal conditions. Please contact us to exercise your rights. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your relevant data protection supervisory authority.
8. Current website functions
This website currently has no active checkout, online payment or audit-document upload. Digital audits marked “Coming soon” are not yet available to use. Before introducing additional processing, we will update this notice to reflect the functions actually provided.
Our business details are available in the legal notice.
