Business Performance
Understand and improve business performance. We consider figures in the context of pricing, costs, quality and everyday decisions.
Performance Audit ↗Business Performance · Operations · Leadership · Hospitality
We connect business performance, operations and leadership with hospitality in practice — for strong businesses, effective teams and satisfied guests.

We work with restaurants and hotels facing financial pressure, operational friction or change, while keeping people, quality and guests in focus.
We do more than analyse numbers. We look at why they arise — in processes, organisation, leadership and everyday execution.
“Good decisions start with a clear view of everyday operations.”
FGH connects business clarity with what actually happens in an operation. Leadership is part of every service — from analysis to implementation.

Planned audits for a specific question in your operation. The individual offers are still being developed and are not yet bookable.
Explore FGH Focus AuditsWe are developing the FGH Performance Audit to connect economic performance with the practical realities of running a restaurant. It is intended to make relationships clearer and help identify meaningful priorities.
The first focus is on existing restaurant operations. We are bringing operational experience and structured analysis together in an offer that is still in development. It is not yet bookable.
The aim is to explain findings in the context of your operation and make practical next steps easier to assess. The final service scope will be described when the offer becomes available.
Alongside the audit, we are developing digital support for everyday management. Its purpose is to help people understand their data and follow developments over time. The application is not yet available.
Planned service · not yet bookableThe audit and digital application are not yet available. You can tell us about your operation and your interest; there is no confirmed launch date.
Remote is our preferred model when the evidence supports a sound analysis. This avoids unnecessary travel, environmental impact and costs. If reliable findings require a physical visit, we agree hybrid or on-site work and travel and time costs transparently in advance.
We will explain the scope, price and conditions of each audit offer before it can be commissioned. No audit can be purchased on this website today. An expression of interest creates no engagement or subscription.
Rent and lease costs, energy and water, cleaning and waste services, IT, fees and other relevant operating expenses are part of the overall picture, where applicable and supported by evidence.
We begin with your specific situation. Once the connections are clear, we agree together on the next steps that fit your operation.

We take the perspectives of managers and teams seriously.
Recommendations need to fit guests, quality and the realities of daily work.
We discuss options openly and align the next steps with your goals.
You decide whether FGH provides further implementation support.
Business clarity should protect quality, enable fair collaboration and make room for attentive guest service. Leadership connects these goals with what can actually be put into practice.
Numbers show where an operation stands. Leadership determines where it goes.

FGH was built from real operational experience.
We know the daily responsibility for kitchens and production, new openings and takeovers, teams, cost pressure, quality and guests. This experience shapes how we understand businesses: numbers show part of the picture. What happens every day and how people lead explains the rest.
